An established nonprofit was at a crossroads. An unexpected leadership change coupled with a loss of major donor support, a lack of fundraising strategy, outdated systems and misaligned human resources, had put the organization in jeopardy.

The ACF team re-focused and messaged fundraising programs, aligned and trained personnel, and created a do-able fundraising plan. This allowed our nonprofit client to rollout successful donor cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship programs.

Over the course of 18 months, ACF helped our client regain nearly all of the major donors who had lapsed. Donors raved about the new quarterly reports sent to them. Moreover, with ACF counsel, the nonprofit was awarded $200,000 in new foundation funding with potential to increase.
